House of Blues was clearly understaffed, which is understandable, but our waitress continuously forgot what we ordered and/or didn’t come by our table for upwards of 25 minutes at a time. In both cases, the service was also poor. This is not a big deal to us, but I bring it up because this is becoming a trend with OpenTable reservations: we recently went out for my birthday, my girlfriend put in the reservation that it was for my birthday and the staff never brought it up or asked what the occasion was.
The staff either didn’t see the reservation details or didn’t get them from open table because the staff did not acknowledge our anniversary nor did they ask what the occasion was. Took my girlfriend out for our anniversary and I noted the special occasion in the OpenTable reservation as well.
