The balance will be due prior to digging, payable to Kim’s Nursery. We will require a 30% deposit for nursery purchases to be made on sale day. Customers needing longer timeframe will be considered on an individual basis. NURSERY INVENTORY: The nursery stock inventory will be given an extended loadout timeframe, through the spring 2005 digging season. All equipment will be sold at absolute auction, to the highest bidder regardless of price! Kirk Kim has decided to liquidate all assets and nursery inventory, related to Kim’s Nursery.
